Every order is packed with a clean pair of gloves or freshly cleaned hands. Packing is kept to a safe minimum, and paper/newspaper used wherever possible. All relevant workshop surfaces are cleaned regularly and everyone involved is symptom-free.
WOOD: New facts about the virus are sometimes different, depending on who you listen to. Regarding wood, it is an absorbent material and Government advice would be, the virus can only be active for 24 hours on such surfaces. Wood can also be cleaned / washed / wiped with soap or anti-virus wipes. As usual, always test small areas first.

How can I minimise risk further?
If you are worried about receiving packages, there are several measures you can take to
further minimise your risk:
Disinfect the parcel with an alcohol-based wipe before opening it
Minimise your contact with the parcel
Quickly discard empty packaging
Wash your hands thoroughly after opening

We aim to ship all orders within 1-2 weeks of receipt. We will deliver the goods ordered by you to the address you give us for delivery at the time you make your order.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address you give us is correct and accurate and that there is somebody to sign for and take delivery of the goods from the delivery service used.
Please be aware that we ship from the UK, all orders are delivered using Royal Mail or Hermes tracked and / or other recorded delivery services. Customers outside the E.U. are responsible for any customs charges set by their own country.
All sales are final. However, if there is a malfunction or failure that occurs, we will offer a complete refund or exchange upon return receipt and complete product inspection.
