#10 - Amphora with Stitch-work Repair

Deeply charred Oak vessel that was brushed back to reveal the texture of the grain before coating with danish oil and wax and then repaired with our signature waxed cotton stitch-work.

A variation of our Amphora form, inspired by ancient Grecian water vessels, each iteration a whimsical interpretation of the original reference, featuring a large natural void and an eroded rim crafted through fire.

This vessel was crafted from timber framing offcuts acquired from a local sawmill, the Oak itself was from a responsibly managed woodland in Kent.
